Refund Policy and Terms
We are dedicated to assisting customers with returns or exchanges for goods purchased at our Campbellfield and Dandenong locations. Our policy is designed to complement your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
1. Refunds and Returns/Exchanges
- Valid Tax Invoices: A valid and intact tax invoice is required to initiate any return or exchange.
- Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging and sales condition.
- Full Roll Grass Refunds: Refunds are only available for full rolls of grass in 2m or 4m widths, returned in their original wrapping and unused.
- Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the invoice date, provided you present proof of purchase.
- Return Fee: A 30% return fee applies. Alternatively, customers may choose a full credit voucher for future purchases.
2. Exceptions: Please Choose Carefully
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items due to change of mind or incorrect choice:- Custom-cut products, including rolls of grass, timber, and posts made to your specifications.
3. Refund Process
- Management Discretion: All refunds are subject to management approval.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method stated on the receipt. For credit card refunds, the original card must be presented, or you may need to provide your bank details.
- Proof of Purchase: Refunds cannot be processed without proof of purchase.
